Social Networking Officially Hardest To Resist, Internet Addiction Now

A new study from the University of Chicago School of Business finds checking Facebook and Twitter is now harder to resist than just about everything else.

That includes smoking, drinking, shopping and other addictions and unmentionables! The study?s lead author says it?s because:

  • Social networks are so readily available. You just pick up your phone and voila!
  • It feels like it doesn?t cost a lot.
