With the same address as the Regency condominium, Regency Sport & Health can be a bit difficult to find. It sits at the end of a separate driveway marked with a sign at the entrance.
The large complex offers classes in everything from ballroom dancing to cardio kickboxing. There are indoor and outdoor tennis courts, year-round swimming and both strength and cardio equipment.
Though the hours vary, child care is available every day of the week. There is also a restaurant and an ATM onsite for the convenience of the members.
