Schur Success & Auction has affiliated with United Country Real Estate, and will now be called United County-Schur Success Realty & Auction.
The company also recently opened a new office at 366 Second St. in Monument in the Gallery Center. The company is a member of the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado.
Schur Success was founded more than 30 years ago in Arvada. It?s being run by Shannon Schur, daughter of the original owner. She was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Colorado Auctioneer?s Association, one of only two women to ever earn the honor. She is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association, has served on various committees and is currently the Colorado Ambassador for the NAA.
The newly created company will cover the country and will expand Schur?s offering from auctions to real estate. Scur now offers home warranties, home mortgages, land financing and tax services.
