Hurt Locker Director Eyes Bin Laden Movie

Today we awoke to the realization that the most wanted terrorist in the world had been killed by an elite group of American soldiers. Rather than imagine what the raid may have looked like, movie fans may get a full motion glimpse of the action courtesy of Hurt Locker director Kathryn Bigelow. We love our war films. They pay homage to the brave men and women in uniform, and help to stir up a healthy sense of nationalism ? and one project which has been in the works for quite some time will most likely get a little bump. The movie, which is described as being about ?the hunt for Osama Bin Laden,? has been in the planning stages for a while. With a working title of ?Kill Bin Laden,? and some heavy promotion, this thing could take off. Deadline reports that they?ve already gotten their hands on the funding, and are just about ready to start casting. Rumor has it that Joel Edgerton could land the lead role.
